Anytime you change the AVCS map you need to readjust timing and fuel a bit normally. Now after a year of doing this I wish I had started tuning the AVCS timing first as it changes everything else, has fantastic results when you tune it, can give you incredible torque and quicker spool up. If you dont know why you are changing something, dont do it till you do. Subaru do make them very rich at high rev high load area of map, all that can be changed but dont do anything untill you have read and read on this forum and others.
